Anuphab Phraewphanarai is a distinguished legal professional with a robust background in business law and financial services. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts, graduating with distinction in Business Law and Financial Services.
After graduating, Anuphab started his career as an associate at a Big 4 accounting firm’s Boston office, where he gained valuable experience in corporate and financial matters. After being admitted to the Bar, he transitioned to a Massachusetts law firm, representing local banks in finance transactions secured by real estate and business assets.
Further advancing his legal career, Anuphab served as an Assistant District Attorney for Middlesex County. In this role, he honed his Criminal Litigation skills by prosecuting criminal cases in the County’s District Courts, enhancing his legal expertise with valuable courtroom experience.
Anuphab provides legal counsel to companies in both the United States and Thailand, offering strategic advice on corporate law, finance, and cross-border transactions.
